Charles Kim, Alpine Group’s managing companion, and co-founding father began his career as a portfolio control analyst at Alliance Capital, then moved on to equity buying and selling at First New York Securities. charles kim alpine of Alpine Group holds a Bachelor of Science degree in control and finance from Binghamton University and works tirelessly to give back to his alma school.

In 2008, Charles M. Kim founded the Alpine Group of NGOs. Uriel Cohen joined Alpine Partners in 2010 as a companion and co-founding father. Bret Chesney combined the organization as a senior Portfolio Manager in 2010 to build the Global Event-Driven purchasing and selling portfolio.
Alpine Partners was from 2012 as a collaboration between Uriel Cohen and charles kim alpine, both extremely successful and energized buyers with the vision to develop a purchasing and selling organization focusing on expanding and encouraging fresh and progressive change ideas and methods. John Ripley joins to establish the Special Situations, flagship group.
Amy Tarlowe has joined Alpine to work on developing completely automated back office and back office operations. Alpine builds a presence in the United Kingdom with local personnel who can focus on European global events. In 2016, Alpine Partners VI, LLC transformed its name to Alpine Global Management, LLC.

YS Kim Student Center:
Mr. Kim, a committed philanthropist, continues to support the creation of Binghamton University on a scholarship to financially support newcomers from the US Virgin Islands and make a contribution that gets utilized to create the YS Kim Korean Student Center in honor of his father.
Y.S. Kim Foundation:
He recently established the YS Kim Foundation, which aims to make a long-term difference by donating to community and educational groups. Mr. Kim is also a member of the Binghamton University Foundation and a winner of the University Medal, the university’s highest distinction. The YS Kim Korean Student Center, in Old Champlain Hall Room 101, is open for daily usage, meetings, and booking reservations.
In addition to his work at Binghamton University, Charles Kim is an advisor to BEAT Global, an organization that works with young people to combine education and the arts. He was in Junior Achievement Europe’s Ferd’s List of Inspiring Entrepreneurs and Leaders 2020.
